NEW MOON TRAILER!!!

IT. IS. GOING. TO. BE. INSANE.
Look at Edward! Look at Jacob! Did you see the wolf!!!!! I jumped up when I first saw it, that's how awesome it was seeing that freaking wolf... To all those people scared that it wont be as good a 'Twilight' I hope this shows you, you have nothing to fear... We will be very happy with this movie. Chris White does an amazing job on all his movies and I'm sure he will deliver nothing but the best for us die hard fans.

"Adventureland" Red Band Trailer

One of the movies I'm waiting to see this year is coming out in a month! Exciting, yes.
Red Band came out with a new trailer for the movie, Red Band is a site that gets to show you all the drug use, language and sex from the movie that a regular trailer for the public is not allowed to. And it looks so much funnier than the normal trailer.
Also fun fact but I was grossed out by Ryan and Kristen, I myself think it's funny since I love them both but I feel like he's just so much older than her it looks a little weird.
Love the trailer so wanted to share it with you guys, but WARNING don't watch if you are under age because there is a lot of drug use, language and sexual content. I'm even more excited to see it now.

"Underworld: Rise Of The Lycans" Movie Review

I am a HUGE fan of the "Underworld" movies and I LOVE Kate Beckinsale. And although this one had different writers and directors it was still REALLY good. I had a great time watching it even though I knew what was going to happen (really all you have to do to know about the story line is to have watched the first underworld... the whole back story (what is movie is about) is told in it) but it was still awesome to see it all come to life. The movie had the same feel and look to the first two which I really love the whole dark green and blue filter used throughout the movie. I liked the acting too and loved seeing how the older characters came about.

The most exciting thing of course was waiting to see the famous scene that brought the whole story line together of Viktor sentencing Sonja (his daughter) to death and her death by the sunlight while Lucian was forced to watch... they recreated it perfectly (compared to the flash backs from the first two movies)

The thing about the 'Underworld' movies is that they are really good action movies... and the thing with action movies is that they don't really have good story lines because they focus more on the actions... but the "Underworld" movies have really good action PLUS the story line is really interesting. I'm crazy into anything vampire related but it still has to be good so I'm not just saying it's good because it's about vampires... it's just good... for an action movie it's great. Check it out!

A photo of the famous scene. Sonja before death.

"The Cake Eaters" Stills

Here are stills from "The Cake Eaters" Another movie I can not wait to see. There are a lot of movies I can't wait for this year. But I just have to. I've seen a few clips and previews for the movie and Kristen Stewart looks amazing in it, I think she is a great actress and she looks like she really knows what she's doing in this movie. I hope she is as good in it as I'm hoping she will be. The stills are beautiful. Click to enlarge.

"Movies" I'm Looking Forward To In 09

New Moon
Hasn't started filming, starts in March and coming out in November. Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson are back with 'Twilights' follow up 'New Moon'

Adventureland
Staring two of my favorites Ryan Reynolds and Kristen Stewart. It looks really funny, I can't wait to see it this March. I have the trailer here.

The Yellow Handkerchief
Another Kristen Stewart one. It looks really interesting. No release date is set but I'm hoping it comes out on DVD this year because I'm looking forward to seeing it. There are no trailers just some clips so here they are.

The Cake Eaters
This is about two families. Kristen Stewart is in one she's dying and wants to experence love before it's too late, looks really sad. Here are a few clips, I want to cry just watching them.

Little Ashes
I must admit I want to see it because of Rob but it really does look like he did an amazing job in this one and I'm looking forward to it. Here is the trailer.

How To Be
This one I'm REALLY looking forward to, no release date yet so I'm hoping it comes out this year on DVD. It reminds me of Lars and the Real Girl which is one of my favorites. Rob is awesome. Looks really sweet and sad.

Fast and Furious
Ohhhh shit! finally a real second fast and furious with all original cast members... I'm way excited to see Vin and Paul again it's been awhile. Here is the trailer, coming out this June.

The Curious Case of Benjamin Button
Incase you have been under a rock this movie is about a man who is born old and grows up getting younger. Brad Pitt, I know it's going to be awesome I was meant to see it opening day but I had food poisoning so we are going this week. Excited!! Here is the trailer

Underworld: Rise of the Lycans
I'm so excited number 3 is coming out this year. Kate isn't in it but I'm sure it will still be good. Here is the trailer

The Spirit
I always find this style of movie very artistic and I love watching that in itself even if the movie isn’t all that amazing, but I’m sure it will be good anyway. Trailer

Push
Finally a new Chris Evans movie. I like movies that have this sort of story line, advanced humans. Here is the trailer.

Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince
I really like stories about magic and friendship, I know it’s a kids movie but I also know a lot of adults that like it too. I think the movies are fun and exciting so I’m looking forward to seeing the new Harry Potter, it was pushed back to this year. Here is a trailer and some pictures follow up in the video.

Welcome to the Rileys
This movie is being filmed now, there is not date yet only 2009 so I’m hoping. It’s about a couple that lost their daughter 8 years ago. They both have their own problems, anyway the male character movies in with a 16 year old hooker (played by Kristen which I am interested in seeing her in a role like that, more grown up) anyway the woman comes to save her marriage but is drawn to the girl also because she reminds them of the daughter. Their is no trailer or anything out just a few photos so here is one of Kristen.
So there's are just some of the movies I'm looking forward to this year. Hoping they all come out this year. I'm sure as the year goes on there'll be other movies I wont be able to wait to see but this is all I'm aware of right now. Enjoy the trailers, hopefully you will see something you like too.

"Into The Wild" Movie Review

Starring: Emile Hirsch, Jena Malone, Brian H. Dierker, Catherine Keener, Vince Vaughn, Kristen Stewart and Hal Holbrook
Director: Sean Penn
Screenplay Writer: Sean Penn

I just wanted to see "Into The Wild" because the story line between Tracy (Kristen Stewart) and Chris/Alex (Emile Hirsch) seemed heartbreaking and interesting, so I looked into what the movie was about and that seemed like it was worth watching as well. I didn't realize until the end of the movie that it was a true story about Christopher McCandless which was made into a book by Jon Krakauer. It was beautiful and heartbreaking at the same time, it shows what was really important to him in his life and he did it no matter the cost, it's about living your dreams the way you want to live them.

I recommend the movie, it's not the highest on my list of recommendations but it would still be there. It's about a young man who doesn't want to be like his parents... he doesn't want money to control his life, so he gives it all up and decides to go live in the wild for awhile traveling all over until reaching his destination of Alaska... he meets a few amazing people along the way played by Brian H. Dierker, Catherine Keener, Vince Vaughn, Kristen Stewart and Hal Holbrook. These are all people that he creates relationships with and that care about him... he is obviously a likable guy and many of them want him to stay with them but he wants to live in the wild. Chris McCandless wrote a journal coving a total of 189 days... the last thing he wrote was on the back of a poem titled "Wise Men in Their Bad Hours" by Robinson Jeffers. He wrote "I HAVE HAD A HAPPY LIFE AND THANK THE LORD. GOODBYE AND MAY GOD BLESS ALL" that is what the movie is based on

Also the acting was amazing in this movie I believe Emile Hirsch is a great actor. And please check out the Christopher McCandless Wikipedia page http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Christopher_McCandless it's very interesting.

"Thirteen" Movie Review

Starring: Nikki Reed and Evan Rachel Wood
Director: Catherine Hardwicke
Writers: Catherine Hardwicke and Nikki Reed

I watched "Thirteen" doing my first hit of food poisoning so I was pausing a lot and not enjoying myself. The movie is about a 13 year old girl (Evan Rachel Wood) who wants to be popular (it's based on Nikki Reed's life). She befriends the prettiest most popular girl in school (Nikki Reed) by stealing and they eventually become best friends and start doing lots of drugs, having sex, stealing... all that fun stuff... They are both troubled in different ways.

I guess I can't relate because I never felt the need to go around school being the popular bad girl and I never felt the need to do drugs and be rebellious... and I don't understand why some people do when they have loving parents and no problems... I understand some people do have a lot of problems at home but I think it all comes down to wanting to be "cool" in this movie and I never felt a need to prove myself to people who didn't think I was.

Anyway although I couldn't relate the movie it still had good direction, was well done and real. It was shot in 7 days I believe so that's impressive. I'm glad I watched it but it's not a movie I feel I have a need to own.
